I am Prashant, I belong from the yoga capital of the world Rishikesh, India. My yoga journey has started in 2015 and I have been practicing yoga for the last 10 years and have teaching experience of 6+ years.
I have done my master degree in yoga science and I also hold numerous yoga certificates. I have taught in various yoga schools and I have conducted Ashtanga Yoga workshops in universities.
I have travelled around India to deepen my knowledge about yoga and studied with some of the India’s most prominent Yoga teachers.
I am teaching both ashtanga and hatha yoga in different parts of India & Asia, in our 200h Teacher Training Course, with emphasis on posture alignment, philosophy background of yoga & mantra chanting.
“I believe that yoga is a lifelong journey which brings you on the path of slowly understanding what you want in your life, it helps you to eliminate the ego and makes you a more patient human being. Yoga is a path of self-discovery and an inner transformation and I believe that if the intention is real and pure the change will come to you “.

I am Estella, born in France, I have lived in different countries throughout the years. I am an ashtanga practitioner & a RYT 800H certified teacher. My personal practice is based on the Ashtanga Yoga method, I have been dedicated to a daily, six-day-a-week practice for a few years now.
Over the last 8 years, I have made a choice to practise and learn yoga from the source, in India. My Indian teacher has taught me traditional ashtanga method and has learnt under the process of traditional guru lineage (parampara), with Sharath Jois Ji in Mysore, India.
I teach mainly ashtanga & hatha yoga (online & offline), I give ashtanga workshops and I conduct my own 200h TTC in duo with Prashant Ji, in various retreat/wellness centres worldwide.
I believe yoga is neither a sport nor a hobby, it is a deep, nourishing & sacred lifestyle. Yoga happens on & off the mat, throughout the whole day.
“Each day, we do our best with a sincere heart; for ourselves & for others around us. Working on focus, kindness & compassion. Building a simple routine, through commitment, devotion & discipline. I have learnt that it is the “everyday small steps” that matter the most “.
