I am Estella, born in France, I have lived in different countries throughout the years. I am an ashtanga practitioner & a RYT 800H certified teacher. My personal practice is based on the Ashtanga Yoga method, I have been dedicated to a daily, six-day-a-week practice for a few years now.
Over the last 8 years, I have made a choice to practise and learn yoga from the source, in India. My Indian teacher has taught me traditional ashtanga method and has learnt under the process of traditional guru lineage (parampara), with Sharath Jois Ji in Mysore, India.
I teach mainly ashtanga & hatha yoga (online & offline), I give ashtanga workshops and I conduct my own 200h TTC in duo with Prashant Ji, in various retreat/wellness centres worldwide.
I believe yoga is neither a sport nor a hobby, it is a deep, nourishing & sacred lifestyle. Yoga happens on & off the mat, throughout the whole day.
“Each day, we do our best with a sincere heart; for ourselves & for others around us. Working on focus, kindness & compassion. Building a simple routine, through commitment, devotion & discipline. I have learnt that it is the “everyday small steps” that matter the most “.
